Key Responsibilities

As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and Oversight: Develop comprehensive training schedules and curricula for students.
• Program Management: Coordinate workshops, short courses, and certification programs.
• Logistics: Ensure smooth execution of training sessions by managing materials, resources, and logistics.
• Documentation: Maintain records of training activities, participant data, and outcomes.
• Evaluation: Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Administrative Support: Handle office tasks, communication, and reporting related to training activities.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: MSc or BSc in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 2 years in training coordination, program management, or a similar role.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual training platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
