• Analyze and improve packaging line processes for efficiency.
• Implement strict quality control measures to meet environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the quality and warehouse teams to monitor daily production output.
• Foster continuous improvement across all packaging operations.
• Work closely with the plant manager to reduce costs while improving process quality.
• Ensure compliance with the packaging schedule and oversee the coordination of maintenance activities.

Candidate Requirements

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Proven project management skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
• Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering and membership of the NSE is an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the FMCG or technology sector.
• Prior experience with packaging machinery from brands like Stiavelli, Altopack, Rovema, or Bosch is highly desirable.
