Job Description

The Territorial Distribution Officer (TDO) will be responsible for managing and coordinating the distribution of Bible Society of Nigeria (BSN) scriptures and related materials in their assigned region. This role requires strategic forecasting, customer relationship management, and product positioning to optimize sales and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement distribution plans in line with BSN’s strategic direction.
• Identify market needs and position products for maximum distribution.
• Manage relationships with distributors, churches, seminaries, government agencies, and bookstores.
• Conduct market research and contribute to product development strategies.
• Ensure smooth inventory management and timely product supply.
• Expand customer base and distribution channels.
• Analyze sales performance and generate reports for decision-making.
• Organize customer service forums to strengthen engagement.

Key Skills & Qualifications

✔ Educational Requirement: HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Professional certification in marketing is a plus.
✔ Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, distribution, or marketing.
✔ Technical Skills:

• Sales and marketing expertise
• Forecasting and strategic planning

• Inventory management
• Proficiency in Sage 50/QuickBooks
