Role Responsibilities:

As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing wealth management services and driving business growth:

• Develop and implement personalized wealth management strategies for high-net-worth clients.
• Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with new HNI prospects.
• Contribute ideas for the growth and development of the wealth management team.
• Grow the balance sheet of HIFA in RavenPay.
• Solicit clients for HIFA & Pocket savings under the wealth management team.
• Create and execute action plans to meet set goals and deliverables.
• Attend monthly standups to provide detailed progress reports on sales and prospects.

Role Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A minimum of a first degree (HND/B.Sc) in Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in a recognized financial institution in Nigeria.
• Proven track record of establishing and maintaining reputable customer relationships.
• Evidence of previous customers and professional achievements.
• Candidates must be medically fit and eligible to work.

Compensation and Benefits:

RavenPay offers a competitive compensation package, including:

• Salary: ₦100,000 per month
• Transport Subsidy: ₦40,000
• Commission: Based on target achievement
• Data and Airtime Allowance: ₦10,000
• Incentives: December bonus and additional perks
• Work Structure: Fully remote with a once-a-month office attendance requirement.
