This full-time role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in manufacturing, production planning, and supply chain management.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support smooth organizational operations through effective production planning and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Planner at Golden Pasta, your tasks will include:

• Production Planning: Develop and communicate production plans aligned with plant capacity, sales forecasts, and business objectives.
• Material Management: Determine raw and packaging material needs and coordinate with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and procurement teams.
• Inventory Control: Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and overstocking.
• Supplier Coordination: Communicate daily and weekly semolina/flour requirements and ensure timely raw material delivery.
• Production Monitoring: Track plan execution at Iganmu and Agbara production sites.
• Reporting: Analyze production reports and discuss performance with leadership teams.

Who Should Apply?

Ideal candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
✅ Educational Background:

• First Degree in relevant Science or Engineering disciplines.
• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (NSE membership is an added advantage).

✅ Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in production planning or a similar manufacturing role.

✅ Key Skills:

• Strong communication (verbal and written).
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in project management.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
