Key Responsibilities

✅ Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules.
✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and boost productivity.
✅ Monitor product quality and coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to address defects.
✅ Analyze production data to identify trends, implement cost-saving measures, and improve efficiency.
✅ Collaborate with the Maintenance and Engineering teams for plant optimization.

Requirements

Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (B.Sc./HND) in Engineering or Science.
✔ Management training certification is an added advantage.

Experience:

✔ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
✔ Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies are beneficial.

Skills:
