Job Overview

The Network Support Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining a stable, secure, and high-performing network infrastructure. The successful candidate will diagnose network issues, ensure data security, optimize performance, and support business operations. This role requires hands-on experience with network troubleshooting, security configurations, and cloud services management.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems (Wi-Fi, VPN, cloud services).
✔ Perform network administration tasks, including user account management and device configuration.
✔ Monitor network performance, identify issues, and optimize system reliability.
✔ Implement network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and VPNs.
✔ Maintain detailed network documentation and security procedures.
✔ Manage software updates, patches, and troubleshoot escalated network issues.
✔ Work closely with IT teams and network vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
✔ Contribute to network-related projects and infrastructure upgrades.

Job Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
✔ Certifications preferred: CompTIA Network+, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate).
✔ 2-5 years of experience in network support and administration.
✔ Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud-based environments.
✔ Strong understanding of network security principles, OSI Model, and Zero Trust.
✔ Proficiency in configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
