Job Responsibilities

As a Legal Associate (Corporate and Governance), you will play a critical role in ensuring the company adheres to both local and international corporate governance standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing Expert Legal Advice: Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Contract and Document Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Board Management: Assist in preparing resolutions, agendas, and minutes for board meetings.
• Risk Mitigation: Offer legal insights to mitigate business risks and facilitate growth opportunities.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law (BA/BSc/HND).
• A minimum of 6 years post-call experience in corporate law and governance.
• Must reside on the Island (Lekki, Lagos).
• Strong expertise in corporate governance, legal compliance, and risk management.

Salary & Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary range between ₦400,000 and ₦500,000.
