Job Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with international safety standards and legal regulations.
• Optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve warehouse performance.
• Manage inventory accuracy with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Strategic Warehouse Projects & SAP Rollout:

• Lead SAP Warehouse Module Implementation across Nigeria.
• Drive automation, system integration, and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams for seamless WMS execution.

Leadership & Team Management:

• Build and mentor a high-performing warehouse management team.
• Develop training programs to enhance staff efficiency and safety.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with supply chain, procurement, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Align warehouse operations with company-wide strategic goals.

Cost Management & Budgeting:

• Develop and manage warehouse budgets while ensuring cost-efficiency.
• Implement strategies to control expenses without compromising service quality.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Social Sciences.
• 12–15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Professional certification in APICS, CSCMP, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Warehouse Modules & WMS software.
• Proven SAP rollout experience as a Project Manager or Lead.
