Job Responsibilities

The IT Operations & Security Manager will be responsible for:
✅ Overseeing daily IT operations, including Microsoft 365, cloud backups, and SaaS applications.
✅ Implementing and enforcing IT security policies, managing security tools, and responding to cyber threats.
✅ Leading and mentoring the IT team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
✅ Managing IT projects, including the implementation of ERP systems and cybersecurity strategies.
✅ Ensuring compliance with data protection laws and security regulations.
✅ Handling IT vendor relationships and negotiating service level agreements (SLAs).
✅ Driving automation and digital transformation to improve business efficiency.
✅ Managing incident response and disaster recovery for business continuity.

Job Requirements

Candidates must have:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
✔ 4-5 years of experience in IT operations and security management.
✔ Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, SaaS applications, and ERP systems.
✔ Strong networking and cybersecurity knowledge (firewalls, endpoint detection, intrusion detection).
✔ Relevant certifications like CompTIA Security+, CCNA, CCNP, CISA, or CISSP (preferred).
✔ Experience leading IT teams and managing cloud-based infrastructure.
