About the Role

The Personal Assistant will provide top-tier administrative support while contributing to the company’s digital presence through content creation, video editing, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Manage the executive’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle email correspondence and prepare reports or presentations.
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and ensure smooth office operations.

Content Creation & Digital Marketing

  • Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, and websites.
  • Write and edit marketing materials for branding and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement content strategies.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Develop social media campaigns to increase audience engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Video Editing & Graphic Design

  • Edit high-quality video content for various platforms.
  • Design creative visuals, banners, flyers, and brochures.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all multimedia content.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
