4. Investigating incidents: Determining root causes of accidents and implementing corrective actions to avoid future occurrences.
5. Safety training and awareness: Organizing safety training sessions and campaigns to educate employees on health and safety practices.
6. Documentation and reporting: Keeping detailed records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
7. Continuous improvement: Monitoring the effectiveness of safety plans and adapting strategies to improve overall safety standards.
8. Providing safety guidance: Offering ongoing advice and support to both management and employees on safety-related matters.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To qualify for this role, applicants must have:

• A BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field
• 3-4 years of experience as an HSE officer in the manufacturing industry
• A solid understanding of Occupational Health practices
• NEBOSH certification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
