Role Overview
As the Head of Creative Services, you will play a key role in setting up and growing the Creative Services Business Unit. You will be responsible for designing unique lifestyle communities and overseeing the entire process, from conceptualization to project execution. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll deliver customer-centric solutions that align with the company’s mission to create dream homes and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Setup and Development: Lead the establishment of the new unit, creating a roadmap for operational success and long-term growth.
• Land Acquisition & Development: Identify suitable land for new developments and manage land deals, ensuring the successful execution of residential and commercial projects.
• Design Innovation: Lead creative design efforts for unique homes, commercial spaces, and mixed-use developments, incorporating modern trends and client needs.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance to ensure successful delivery and satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Marketing: Build the brand’s visibility through strategic marketing, thought leadership, and networking, positioning the Creative Services Unit as an industry leader.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate, business development, or creative services.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in design software and tools.
