Job Description

The Farm Portfolio Assistant will be responsible for managing farm ownership records and ensuring efficient communication between the company and farm owners. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational and data management skills who are passionate about agribusiness.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Maintain and update farm ownership records and investment portfolios.
✅ Ensure accurate documentation of payments, agreements, and contracts.
✅ Regularly communicate with farm owners regarding investment updates.
✅ Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager and Administrative Officer to manage portfolio-related data.
✅ Generate performance reports for management decision-making.

Job Requirements

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔️ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database tools.
