About the Role

The Digital Specialist will be responsible for executing integrated digital strategies across various departments, including Bible Distribution, Human Resources, Public Relations, and Guest Houses. The role involves optimizing BSN’s digital presence, fostering audience engagement, and leveraging data-driven insights to improve marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop and implement digital campaigns to increase website traffic and engagement.
• Optimize existing social media platforms and recommend new channels for brand growth.
• Create email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.

🔹 Website Management

• Maintain and optimize the BSN website for a seamless user experience.
• Analyze website performance and implement improvements based on data insights.
• Enhance online booking and payment processes to improve conversions.

🔹 Social Media & Customer Engagement

• Develop a content plan to promote Bible products, programs, and guest house services.
• Monitor and engage with followers across social media platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly to improve customer satisfaction.

🔹 Performance Analysis & Competitive Insights

• Track and report key digital marketing metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions).
• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark BSN’s performance against industry leaders.
• Leverage data insights to refine future digital strategies.

🔹 Collaboration Across Departments

• Support the Church and Public Relations Department in fundraising and outreach campaigns.
• Assist the Programs Department in promoting events and initiatives.
• Work closely with HR and Guest Houses teams to boost digital visibility.

Required Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
✅ Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO.
✅ Strong analytical skills for interpreting website and social media data.
✅ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
✅ Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital analytics tools.
