Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance Patient Experience: Oversee and improve the patient experience across all touchpoints, ensuring seamless service.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, motivate, and train the customer service team to deliver top-notch service consistently.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
  • Handling Inquiries: Efficiently manage patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely and professional resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a unified approach to service delivery.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and service improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • A patient-centric mindset with a strong commitment to excellence.
