Job Overview

As a Business Development Manager at Cordros Capital, you’ll be at the forefront of the company’s sales efforts. You will be responsible for driving the sales of Cordros Asset Management products and services, while building and maintaining strong client relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will interact with clients, attend promotional events, and continuously strive to increase product awareness in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Client Acquisition: You will be responsible for prospecting new clients and converting them into loyal customers. This involves attending and assisting in promotional activities, marketing events, and trade shows.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivating relationships with existing clients and reactivating dormant accounts will be a key part of your role. You’ll also be handling inquiries, complaints, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to create effective sales plans that drive awareness and growth.
  • Account Management: You’ll handle account maintenance, review client transactions, and ensure that KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements are met.
  • Revenue & AUM Generation: Meeting monthly targets for assets under management (AUM) and revenue generation is a core responsibility.

Job Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing, or Finance is required. A second degree or relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably in the financial or asset management industry.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent time management and communication skills
    • Customer-focused with advanced problem-solving abilities
    • High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability

This role requires someone who is results-driven, adaptable, and has a strong work ethic. You must possess emotional intelligence and be able to work under pressure, whether as part of a team or independently.

Work Environment & Schedule

Cordros Capital offers a flexible working schedule, including remote work options, to ensure a healthy work-life balance. The typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
