Job Overview

As an Art Director at Pulse Nigeria, you will lead the creative vision for digital campaigns, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding visual solutions. This role is perfect for an experienced designer who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities and drive brand success through innovative digital design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visually compelling digital content for various platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals and translate them into effective visual strategies.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
• Present design concepts to clients and internal teams with clear strategic insight.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
✅ 3-5 years of experience in digital art direction.
✅ Strong portfolio showcasing digital design expertise.
✅ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
✅ Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
✅ Strong collaboration and communication skills.
