Job Description

As a Farm Media Personnel, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the online presence of Umera Farms. This role involves content creation, community engagement, and social media management to attract audiences interested in agriculture, investment opportunities, and the farm’s activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and post daily content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Create engaging visual and written content showcasing farm operations, events, and products.
• Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and grow the farm’s digital community.
• Work closely with the administrative officer to share farm updates and news.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust content strategies to improve engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in social media management or content creation.
• Proficiency in content creation, video editing, and social media tools.
• A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital marketing.
