Mobile Crane Operator (20 Tons & 65 Tons Crane)

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position heavy materials.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure crane functionality.
• Set up the crane at different job sites, following stability and safety protocols such as outriggers and rigging techniques.
• Follow lifting plans and signals from riggers or signal persons to ensure safe operations.
• Assess load weights and determine load capacities to prevent overloading.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of crane usage, maintenance, and inspections.
• Stay updated on industry trends, safety protocols, and operational best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a mobile crane operator in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of crane operations and safety procedures.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception for accurate load positioning.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to identify and fix equipment issues.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, lifting plans, and communication signals.
• Physical strength and endurance to handle rigging equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and precision to prevent accidents.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
