Position: Operations Assistant
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Experience: 1 – 5 years
Qualification: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree
Salary Range: ₦50,000 – ₦100,000/month

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Assistant at EmergeHub, you will support the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of the co-working space. Your main duties will include:

  • Facility Management: Assist in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Liaise with service providers to ensure utilities and equipment are operational.
  • Member Support: Provide exceptional service by addressing member inquiries, assisting with bookings, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage scheduling, invoicing, filing, and data entry. Assist with preparing reports and internal communications.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize and execute community events, workshops, and networking sessions. Provide on-site event support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and equipment. Ensure timely ordering and restocking to meet members’ needs.
  • Process Improvement: Assist the Operations Manager in tracking performance metrics and implementing operational improvements.
  • Onboarding Support: Welcome new members with comprehensive tours and ensure they are equipped with essential resources.

Skills and Qualifications

Required:

  • 1-5 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or operations (experience in a co-working space is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
